Institute of Engineers, PUJA Brunei Successfully Convenes Annual General Meeting 2024/2025
Bandar Seri Begawan, 10 February 2026 – The Institute of Engineers, PUJA Brunei (IEPB) successfully convened its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024/2025 on Tuesday evening at D’Anggerek Hotel.
The AGM brought together Corporate, Graduate and Associate Members of the Institute of Engineers to review the Institute’s progress, deliberate on key matters, and elect new office bearers for the 2026/2027 term.
The programme commenced with a group photograph session, followed by an AGM briefing which included the presentation of the general report for members who were unable to attend the Council AGM. A report was also presented by the IEPB Student Chapter, highlighting its activities and contributions over the past term.
In accordance with the Institute’s governing procedures, the existing committee was formally dissolved. A temporary Election Chairperson was appointed to oversee the election proceedings, after which nominations were called, votes were cast, and the new office and committee bearers were duly confirmed.
