The seminar was led by Mr. Darshendev Singh, a distinguished international lawyer, arbitrator and adjudicator with extensive experience in international and domestic arbitration, litigation, mediation, and adjudication.
Bandar Seri Begawan, 1st August 2024 — The PUJA (Brunei) Council conducted a courtesy call to Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda Bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development, at the Kementerian Pembangunan. This significant meeting included the presence of the Permanent Secretary, Deputy Permanent Secretaries, Senior Management from JKR, as well as PUJA President Sr. Haji Mohd Hanafi POKDGSSLJ Hj Abd Rahman and Council Members.
